are nonsmoking. Smoking guests are welcome to smoke outside. We do
have some pet restrictions, so please declare your traveling pets
at the time of reservation. >>> more Deposits and Cancellation Policy: A deposit of at least 20% is required to confirm your reservation. 50% of this deposit is usually refunded if the reservation is canceled 4 weeks or more in advance of the arrival date. 4 weeks or less prior to the arrival date the guest is responsible for the full cost of the reservation, to include cancellations or schedule changes. Should this policy result in forfeiture of funds due to circumstances beyond our guests control, we do, in some cases, offer a compensation program. Credit Card Guarantees: Since many of our reservation requests are made by telephone, a credit card number and expiration date provided by the card holder are considered an approval to charge the amounts described above.
